HYDROX

HYDROX is a training-focused hydration tracker. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal data or hydration records.

What we store on your device

• Water intake logs (amounts and timestamps)
• Your daily hydration goal and preferences
• Your body weight (used only to calculate your baseline)

What we don't collect

• Personal information
• Health or hydration data
• Usage analytics
• Device identifiers
• Advertising data

HealthKit

If you enable HealthKit integration, HYDROX reads and writes water intake data to Apple Health. This happens entirely on your device. We do not have access to your HealthKit data.
